  • conscious presence
  • following a guided practice
  • making time for rest and self-care

Always listen to your body and practice according to your needs and abilities.

About the technique

Guided deep relaxation with a transformative experience, preceded by an active part with asanas- physical techniques and pranayama- breathing techniques.

More than just relaxation and more than sleep, this technique is a conscious release of physical, mental, and emotional tensions. Choose for yourself in which direction you want to improve and consciously plant the seed of your positive intention on this journey through your subconscious.

SANKALPA

• Prepare your sankalpa - a positive intention, something you want to improve about yourself.
Formulate the intention into a specific, short, and clear sentence that you will remember.
• It is good to be in the present tense, as if it is already happening, like an affirmation, but it can also be in the future tense.
• The intention is positively formulated. (For example, if you want to quit smoking, you don't say "I will stop smoking," but "My lungs are healthy, clean" and so on. If you want to stop consuming unhealthy food..., you don't say "I don't eat sweets," but "I eat healthy, fresh food," "Every cell of mine is healthy and well-nourished.")
• It is best to direct your sankalpa towards spiritual development and wish yourself to move forward in your self-knowledge in the future. (Example; "Every day I make a positive change for myself," "I am getting closer to self-knowledge," "I enjoy life." "I awaken my spiritual abilities").

RECOMMENDATIONS

• Once you have chosen one sankalpa, focus on it for a long time until it is realized, then choose a new one.
• Choose a quiet part of the day when nothing will interrupt you, it is best to do it in the early evening, but it can be done anytime if conditions allow. Just be careful not to do it too late at night so you don't fall asleep.
• It is desirable for the room to be darkened and comfortably warm.
• You can cover yourself with a light blanket because the body naturally cools down when lying down for a long time and you might get cold. If you need it, use a pillow for your head. Lying down should be comfortable because the technique itself lasts longer, about 40 minutes.
