The Center offers:

  • Monthly online programs with prerecorded classes
  • Programs lasting several months
  • Regular online monthly programs with classes on specific dates and times each week

4. Purchase and Access to Content

Upon successful payment:

  • The user gains access to the purchased program through their user account
  • For monthly programs, access typically lasts 30 days from the activation date
  • For programs with multi-month duration, access lasts for the entire program period

Upon expiration of the access period, the user will not be able to use the content unless they repurchase or renew a program.

5. Method of Use

The content (videos, materials, classes) is intended exclusively for personal use.
It is not permitted to:

  • Share a user account with third parties
  • Record, copy, download, or distribute content without written permission from the Center
  • Commercial use of the content

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are made in advance.
After activating access to digital content, refunds are not possible, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

7. Responsibility and Health Disclaimer

Online yoga classes and programs are intended for general education and exercise.
The user is responsible for assessing whether the program is suitable for their health condition.
Darmakaya Yoga Center does not assume responsibility for injuries or health consequences that may arise during practice without due care or medical consultation.

8. Changes to the Terms

The Center reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Amendments become effective upon their publication on the website.
