About Us

At Dharmakaya Yoga Center, we practice Integral Yoga - a holistic approach that brings together elements of various traditional forms of yoga, with the aim of nurturing and developing the human potential.

Our practice is adapted to the needs and pace of modern life, while preserving the essence and spirit of yoga as an ancient discipline that is more than 5,000 years old.

By connecting the body, mind, and consciousness, we experience yoga as a path toward greater presence, inner balance, and a deeper understanding of ourselves.

Ljupka Mileva

Ljupka Mileva is the founder of Dharmakaya Yoga Center, a Bachelor of Psychology and yoga teacher with many years of experience in practicing and sharing yogic knowledge.

Her journey with yoga began in 2003 at the Yoga Association of Macedonia, where she trained as a yoga teacher under the mentorship of Stevan Milić. Throughout her many years of practice, she has continuously deepened her knowledge and experience, teaching yoga classes for beginners and regular practitioners, as well as lectures and workshops dedicated to various philosophical and practical aspects of yoga.

Her approach to yoga is holistic, viewing the human being as an integrated whole of body, mind, and consciousness. Through thoughtfully designed practices, Ljupka encourages practitioners to develop greater self-awareness, improved concentration, inner calm, and a healthier relationship with their own body and everyday life.

In her work, she combines psychological knowledge with traditional yogic practice, creating a space where yoga is not merely physical exercise, but a path toward better understanding and deeper self-discovery.

Dharmakaya

Emptiness. A unconditional state from which all manifestations in the universe originate

Dharmakaya Yoga Centre

At Dharmakaya Yoga Center, we practice psychophysical techniques including asanas, breathing techniques (pranayama), concentration (dharana), meditation (dhyana), and yogic relaxation techniques.

Their combined practice supports a deeper state of physical and mental relaxation, improves the body’s mobility and flexibility, helps regulate sleep and appetite, promotes energetic balance, supports disease prevention, strengthens the immune system, and contributes to overall health and well-being. It can also foster greater mental stability and focus, supporting better functioning in everyday life.

Our classes take place in a pleasant and supportive atmosphere, where every practitioner is encouraged to develop a more conscious relationship with their body and mind. The sessions also include brief explanations of selected philosophical aspects of yoga, together with guidance on how to incorporate them into everyday life and enhance overall quality of life. Our guidance goes beyond simply following physical movements; it offers support throughout the process of exploring and reconnecting with oneself.

To deepen our members’ knowledge and help integrate their experiences, we regularly organize lectures and workshops. We adapt and structure our yoga practice into programs designed for different groups and needs, while also taking into account the individual abilities and needs of each practitioner.

Classes are held in-studio, online, and outdoors, with morning and afternoon groups available for both beginners and regular practitioners. Recorded online programs are also available for beginner and intermediate levels, as well as specialized programs such as Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

Santosha

Inner satisfaction

Through the practical and theoretical aspects of our classes, we explore a variety of traditional yogic techniques and teachings, bringing them together into an integrated approach that connects ancient knowledge with the needs of modern life.

Our aim is to preserve and authentically share the knowledge of traditional yoga, while adapting it to the needs and pace of the modern individual.

At Dharmakaya, we create a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone can begin or deepen their yoga journey, regardless of age, previous experience, or level of physical fitness.

Our goal is for practitioners to leave each class with not only a greater sense of well-being in their body, but also with greater clarity, calmness, and awareness—qualities they can carry with them into their everyday lives.
